14K/18K White Gold Diamond and Multi Color Gemstone Pendant Necklace with Chain. This necklace is set with genuine Blue Topaz, Amethyst, Citrine and forty-eight Round Brilliant Diamonds. The top Amethyst measures 4 mm in diameter, the Blue Topaz measures 5 mm in diameter and the Citrine measures 6 mm in diameter. These gemstones amount to a total weight of 1.61 carats. The diamonds in this pendant are H color, I1 clarity and weigh a total of .19 carat. The pendant is 18K White Gold and comes with an 18" 14K White Gold chain and together weigh 3.7 grams.
